Soffit & Fascia Repair

This lakeside home in Wrentham that is subject to bad weather conditions was experiencing degradation of its soffit and fascia due to the elements. At first, the damage appeared only surface deep, however upon further inspection the rot was more substantial than first expected. The homeowner was not expecting the cost at this time, so Longhill Handyman carefully removed and replaced the rotted sections of the soffit and fascia boarding and finished the job with a new coat of paint.
